Biography
Xiao Liling is a Chief Physician in the Department of Plastic Surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Jinan University and a Master's Supervisor. She graduated with a bachelor's degree from the Department of Medicine, Medical College of Jinan University in 1992; in 2004, she graduated with a master's degree in Surgery from the Medical College of Jinan University. She has been engaged in aesthetic and plastic surgery for more than 20 years. In 1996, she received further training at Ruijin Hospital affiliated with Shanghai Second Medical University; in 2017, she received further training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in the United States. She undertakes clinical teaching for undergraduate and graduate students.
She specializes in facial aesthetic and plastic surgery, body contouring, gynecological aesthetic and plastic surgery, endoscopic minimally invasive plastic surgery, injectable cosmetic treatments, chronic wound repair, axillary osmidrosis treatment, etc.

Main Research Direction: She has presided over and participated in more than 10 national, provincial, and municipal scientific research fund projects. She has long been dedicated to clinical translational medicine research in medical aesthetics, tissue repair and regeneration, gene regulation, biomaterial applications, etc.
